1. Confirmation reservation fees is non refundable ( 50%).
2. Full of reservation fees must be paid before the date of program
3. You Can use our stage on this spot for cultural program
4. One ac bed room+2 non ac bed room
5. 250 person chair table set up for having food + rest the waiting chair in front of the table
6. Every table set up with every new cover set up
7. Malamine Plate, curry disk, rice dish, etc. & cookeries items including in this package. (without glass & jug)
8. Firewood, sound system ,washman, serviceman, food items & chef will not be included with this package
9. Parking Big Vehicle ( Bus) 100/- & Small Vehicle Car & Micro 50/- you have to paid on park side
10. DWP authority will not responsible for any loss and damages of your belongings
11. All sorts of anti-social, unhealthy and anti-religious activities are strictly prohibited
12. Application must pay compensation for any kind of damage of DWP supplied product and property
13. DWP reserves the right of cancellation for any kind of damage of DWP supplied product and property
14. Application will be entertained on first come first allotment basis
15. Ride can be used with due payment
16. DWP reserves the right of cancellation of reservation at any time due to Force Major Circumstances.
